2. Domestic Shipping (India)
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Standard Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 0-3 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Courier Norms: Delivering of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms.
4. Liability & Delays
DECANTSOUQ is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. Our guarantee is strictly limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated 6-8 days (or the agreed delivery date).

- Address: Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Confirmation: Delivery of our services will be confirmed via the email ID specified during registration.
